  • When will I get my order?
    Order delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. Processing time: Processing time is the time it takes to make your product. As this item is custom-made, it will take 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase to prepare your order before shipping. Shipping time: Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 3–6 business days Europe: 5–10 business days Australia/NZ: 2–5 business days Other: 5–20 business days
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Nothing! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to generate. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?"
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ✔ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. ✔ Ask your local post office if they have your package. ✔ Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • Do all items in orders always ship together?
    Not necessarily. In some cases, products from the same order are produced in different factories and will be shipped separately. Don’t worry, this will not affect the shipping cost.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    As your product is 100% unique to your order, we cannot offer refunds. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. Please send us your order number, a photo of the damaged product and any other relevant detail to We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    As your item is 'tailor-made' for you, it can't be exchanged or returned unless faulty. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our size guides - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within 2 weeks after receiving your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • Will I be charged customs for my order?
    Customs duties may apply on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if customs duties will be added to your purchases.
  • Can't find your dog?
    We offer a variety of dog cartoons and color options to choose from, and we’re constantly adding more to our collection. Follow our social channels and subscribe to our newsletter to get all the latest updates. If your dog is not a pure breed, we totally understand, our doggos are mixed as well! If this is the case for you, we suggest choosing the more dominant breed of your precious mixed pal. We also gladly accept requests to add more breeds and color options. Contact us at with a photo and description of your dog and we’ll do our best to create and add the new cartoon to the Dogtoonz collection!
