When will I get my order?

Order delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.
Processing time:
Processing time is the time it takes to make your product. As this item is custom-made, it will take 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase to prepare your order before shipping.
Shipping time:
Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–6 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Australia/NZ: 2–5 business days
Other: 5–20 business days

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to generate. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at omer.inbar@gmail.com.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?"

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
✔ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
✔ Ask your local post office if they have your package.
✔ Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at omer.inbar@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Not necessarily. In some cases, products from the same order are produced in different factories and will be shipped separately. Don’t worry, this will not affect the shipping cost.
